प्रेमी

कबीरदास जी कहते हैं कि मैं संसार में सच्चे प्रेमी या पवित्र आत्मा की खोज में भटकता रहा, परंतु मुझे ऐसा कोई सच्चा प्रेमी नहीं मिला। जब एक सच्चे प्रेमी का मिलन दूसरे सच्चे प्रेमी से होता है, तब मन के भीतर की सारी बुराइयाँ, वासनाएँ और कष्ट रूपी विष, ईश्वर-भक्ति और आनंद रूपी अमृत में परिवर्तित हो जाते हैं। यह दोहा सत्संगति की महिमा और सच्चे प्रेम की रूपांतरणकारी शक्ति को दर्शाता है।

Kabir says that he wandered throughout the world in search of a true lover of God, but could not find any. When a true seeker meets another genuine seeker, all the poison of worldly evils, negativity, and suffering is transformed into the nectar of divine bliss. This couplet highlights the transformative power of true love and the supreme value of holy company.
